Microsoft designer bluetooth mouse driver windows 10
Only one mouse currently connected- USB wired mouse using generic Win 10 drivers. Have no “hidden” mice devices checked again.
Have uninstalled this and rebooted to freshen it. It reinstalls the driver just fine. Have checked all Bluetooth drivers and followed the process to update each. Windows 10 says they are all the best versions. Have checked the bluetooth services- they are running.
I did switch them to “automatic”. This changed nothing. I can pair my Dell running Win 10 with my Samsung Galaxy 5 phone. It is easy and files can be sent between them successfully.
I can pair the Microsoft Designer bluetooth mouse to my Samsung Galaxy 5 phone. Yes, it pairs just fine and I can use the mouse on the phone.
It operates correctly, but who needs a mouse with a phone? Please use the instructions at the link below to check whether or not the Designer mouse will work with your laptop:. Some laptops have an older version of Bluetooth radio that do not support Bluetooth LE which is a prerequisite for the Designer mouse. There isn’t a practical software solution. Search the community and support articles Windows Windows 10 Search Community member. All drivers and software fully updated- yes, I checked. The Dell still cannot see the Microsoft Designer Mouse at all. Not a flicker. Troubleshooting shows no problems.
